• Perform alterations or adjustments based on client or supervisor requests.
• Ensure all curtain products are neatly finished, clean, and meet quality standards.
• Work closely with the production team to meet order deadlines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sewing workspace.
• Manage and care for sewing tools and machines.

• Prior experience in curtain tailoring or general sewing is an advantage.
• Skilled in operating sewing machines (industrial and domestic).
• Detail-oriented and able to produce neat, precise stitching.
• Able to work independently and also as part of a team.
• Punctual, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
• Willing to learn new curtain designs and techniques.
• Minimum education not required, but skill and experience are prioritized.
