Responsibilities:
- Sew and produce custom-made curtains (pleated, eyelet, box pleat, etc.) according to given measurements.
- Perform alterations or adjustments based on client or supervisor requests.
- Ensure all curtain products are neatly finished, clean, and meet quality standards.
- Work closely with the production team to meet order deadlines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sewing workspace.
- Manage and care for sewing tools and machines.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in curtain tailoring or general sewing is an advantage.
- Skilled in operating sewing machines (industrial and domestic).
- Detail-oriented and able to produce neat, precise stitching.
- Able to work independently and also as part of a team.
- Punctual, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
- Willing to learn new curtain designs and techniques.
- Minimum education not required, but skill and experience are prioritized.
